朱自清（1898-1948），原名自华、号秋实，改名自清、字佩弦；原籍浙江绍兴，现代著名散文家、诗人、学者、民主战士。其散文朴素缜密、语言洗炼、文笔清丽、极富有真情实感。《敝帚集》是一本旧体诗集，收录诗词96首（包括五首译诗）。作者对坚持“五四”白话文学的方向是很认真的，这些旧体诗词，他生前都没有发表。从集子的题名可看出来，是敝帚自珍的意思。但是，这里面却不乏格律精严、意境深远的好诗。由于旧体诗词这种形式表意更概括、含蓄，也更便于抒发真情实感，更直接地写出了他的思想感情和对世事的看法，也更尖锐地揭露了当时的社会和血泪的人生。旧体诗中许多是拟古诗词，是作者在研究我国古典文学方面下过苦功夫的历史见证。

本书共收关于文艺的论文十四篇，除三篇外都是去年下半年作的。其中《美国的朗诵诗》和《常识的诗》作于三十四年。前者介绍达文鲍特的《我的国家》一篇长诗，那时作者在昆明，还见不到原书，只根据几种刊物拼凑起来，翻译点儿，发挥点儿。后来杨周翰先生译出全书，由美国新闻处印行。杨先生送了我一本，译文很明白。——书名原来译作《我的国》，《我的国家》是用的杨先生的译名。 《论逼真与如画》，二十三年写过这个题目，发表在《文学》的《中国文学研究专号》里……本书即是朱自清的文学评论集。 《论雅俗共赏》放在第一篇，并且用作书名，用意也在此。各篇论文的排列，按性质的异同，不按写作的先后；最近的写作是《论老实话》。《鲁迅先生的杂感》一篇，是给《燕京新闻》作的鲁迅先生逝世十一周年纪念论文，太简单了。

《初刻拍案惊奇》是明朝末年凌濛初编著的拟话本小说集。正式成书于1627年（明天启七年），尚友堂书坊于翌年1628年刊行。《初刻拍案惊奇》是模仿话本小说而创造的小说集，其题材大多取自前人。书的内容比较繁杂，思想倾向前后不尽相同，主要有描写商人思想行径、命运遭际的作品和描写婚恋的作品。其多出自前代著述，但经过凌濛初的再创作，也一定程度表现出晚明社会现实与时代气息，浸含着凌氏本人的思想观念和愤世不平之气。常与《二刻拍案惊奇》并称二拍，加上冯梦龙的“三言”，则为“三言二拍”，在中国文学史上有较重要的影响。

《朝野佥载·云溪友议》由唐·张鷟、范摅撰，恒鹤、阳羡生校点。其中《朝野佥载》记述唐代前期朝野遗事佚闻，尤以武后一朝事迹为多。举凡政治黑暗、吏治腐败、酷吏横暴、民生疾苦等均有反映，暴露了“贿货纵横，赃污狼藉”的现实世相。另有治病医例、星相占卜、神灵怪异、文坛掌故等资料及琐闻碎语，皆有可观。至于谐噱荒怪纤悉胪载而失之于琐杂，则为后世垢病，洪迈《容斋续笔》卷十二就曾说：“《佥载》记事，皆琐尾擿裂，且多媒语。”当然，以唐人记唐事，耳目所接，毕竟较近事实，故其所录亦为《资治通鉴》等史书所引用。 《云溪友议》，共六十五条，大抵记述唐开元以后文坛的逸事琐闻、诗歌本事，性质颇类孟棨所著《本事诗》。此书尤其引起后人注目的是这样几点：一是作者的生活年代与所记之事时间较为切近，“耳目所接，终较后人为近”(《四库全书总目》卷一四o)；二是书中较集中地提供了唐代白话诗的资料；三是其中有不少资料被后人改编为戏剧或小说，成为后世其他艺术形式的素材。它的缺点是，所载多有不实之处。关于这一点，《四库全书总目》亦曾指出，并谓此书立论亦多有不当之处，读者可参看。 《朝野佥载·云溪友议》适合古典文学爱好者阅读。

Chodsko was an Alumnus of the University of Vilnius, and a friend of poet Adam Mickiewicz. He was an Alumnus of the Institute of Oriental Studies that was attached to the Ministry of Foreign Affaires of the Russian Empire in Saint-Petersburg. From 1830 until 1844, he worked as a Russian diplomat in Iran. From 1852 until 1855, he worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affaires of France. Chosdsko was a Member of the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland and the Societe de Linguistique de Paris. He spoke many languages such as: French, English, Russian, Persian, Arabic, Turkish, Polish and German. His works include: Popular Poetry of Persia, Specimens of the Popular Poetry of Persia, Theatre Persan, Polish-English and English-Polish Dictionary and Fairy Tales of the Slav Peasants and Herdsmen.
